Terms and Conditions

By booking with September Tree Events & Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 


Payments

We offer several flexible payment options to fit your planning timeline and budget:

Full payment upfront

Shop Pay (split into 2 or 4 payments)

Custom installment plans arranged directly with our team

 

Please contact us if you would like to arrange a custom payment schedule—we’re happy to help.

Final balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to your event. If payment is not received by the deadline, materials will not be ordered, and the contract may be canceled at our discretion. If the contract continues after the due date, a 10% late fee will be applied, with an additional 10% added for every 7 days the balance remains unpaid. Any extra costs incurred due to late payment will be the client’s responsibility.

 


Fresh Flower Pricing

If your rental includes fresh florals, pricing is subject to market fluctuations. If prices increase, you will be notified and invoiced for the additional amount. Payment will be due within 30 days of the event.

 


Customization & Substitutions

All rentals are custom-designed to suit your event. We reserve the right to substitute floral varieties if certain materials are unavailable or do not meet our quality standards. Substitutions will always match the color palette and value of the original design.


We are not liable for staining caused by dyed flowers.

 


Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Your rental includes delivery, full setup, and pickup within 20 miles of Kennesaw, GA, with a standard pickup time no later than 9:00 PM.

When possible, we will coordinate with your venue for next-day pickup to avoid late-night fees, based on access and availability.

Deliveries outside the 20-mile radius will be charged $1 per mile.

 


Setup Location & Transfers

Rental pricing includes setup at one location only. If an item (such as an arch or centerpiece) needs to be moved between ceremony and reception spaces, an additional transfer fee will apply.


Our installations are large and may need to be disassembled and reassembled by our team. Due to insurance requirements, no one outside our team is permitted to move or handle the rentals.

 


Product Handling

 

Rentals may not be left outside overnight or in inclement weather.

Arches, backdrops, and floral pieces may not be placed in the rain. If storms are expected, we will arrive early to retrieve them.

No third parties are allowed to transport, disassemble, or modify any part of our rentals without prior written approval.

 

Any damage beyond normal wear or failure to return the item may result in a charge of up to 2x the rental cost to your card on file.

 


Décor Coordination & Venue Limitations

To ensure cohesive design, all décor should be coordinated with September Tree Events. We are not responsible for the appearance or compatibility of third-party décor, even when placed alongside our items.


Please confirm that your venue can accommodate our rentals. We are not liable for refunds due to space or access limitations that were not disclosed.

 


Cancellations & Retainers

We require a 90-day cancellation notice for any refund consideration.

In the event of a tragedy, fire, pandemic, or emergency, we will transfer your retainer to a new date at no charge.

Retainers are non-refundable, but partial refunds (if granted) will exclude processing fees, planning time, and customization work already completed.

 

 


Arbitration

Any dispute related to this contract will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association.
