How to Book with September Tree Events & Rentals

 


We’re so excited to help bring your wedding vision to life! Whether you’re interested in our signature faux floral rentals or our day-of/month-of coordination services, here’s how the process works:


 

1. Let’s Chat

 


We start with a phone consultation to get to know you, your wedding style, and your priorities. During this call, we’ll go over your vision, guest count, venue details, and any inspiration you’ve saved—Pinterest boards, Instagram screenshots, or photos you love are all welcome!


 

2. Custom Proposal

 


Next, we’ll create a tailored floral and/or coordination proposal based on your needs and preferences. We’ll work with you on any revisions to make sure everything feels just right.


 

3. Flexible Payment Options

 


Once your proposal is finalized, we’ll walk you through your payment options. We offer split payment plans to help you stay within your budget and timeline, because planning your dream wedding shouldn’t be stressful.


 

4. Add-On Coordination Services

 


Need help making sure your day flows smoothly? We also offer day-of and month-of coordination services. We’ll handle your timeline, vendor communication, and behind-the-scenes logistics so you can focus on soaking in the moment.


 

5. Delivery, Setup & Breakdown

 


All of our rental pricing includes:

 

Custom floral design

Delivery and full setup within 20 miles

Free pickup by 9 PM

Need a late-night pickup? No problem—just note that a separate fee applies.

 


 

6. Ceremony-to-Reception Transfers

 


If your florals need to be moved from ceremony to reception, our team takes care of all the logistics. A small transfer fee may apply depending on complexity and timing.


 

7. We Travel!

 


While we’re based in Georgia, we love a good road trip. Travel beyond 20 miles is available for an additional fee.
