We create premium faux floral rentals for weddings and events across North Georgia: arrangements that look and feel like fresh flowers, cost a fraction of the price, and can be loved again and again. But behind every bouquet is something simpler — a belief that your celebration should be beautiful, joyful, and free of stress and waste. That belief has a name, a face, and fifteen years of story behind it.
Fifteen years, and a calling
September Tree was founded by Katie Carter, a designer with more than 15 years of experience in creative arrangements — a wife and a mother of four, each with a personality entirely their own. Design has always been the thread running through her life: the eye for color, the patience for detail, the joy of making something ordinary feel special.
Years of working with brides taught her two things. First, that fresh flowers, for all their beauty, ask couples to spend enormous sums on something that wilts before the reception ends. And second — discovered alongside her own clients — that today’s finest real-touch florals have become so lifelike they offer everything couples love about fresh, without the heartbreak of the cost or the cleanup. That discovery became her calling.
How every arrangement comes to life
Katie hand-selects every single flower. Her blooms are sourced from around the world and chosen for one reason: they have to look and feel real — soft as a rose petal, convincing down to the greenery. These aren’t the stiff, shiny stems you’ll find in a big-box store; they’re the best the industry makes, and it shows the moment you touch one.
Her style leans bright, fresh, and full of life — the opposite of a stiff, funeral-home arrangement. And because she isn’t fighting a per-stem cost or a seasonal shortage, her designs are built with more flower and less filler — lush and color-forward, tailored to each bride rather than padded with greenery to hit a number. Every couple gets an arrangement made for them.
Why “September Tree”?
The name is deeply personal. September is Katie’s birth month, and the month she launched her business — fittingly, one of the most beloved months to marry. She’s always felt God speak to her most clearly through nature, so a fig tree felt right: she wants to stay well-rooted in her community, yet flexible enough to bend, grow, and reach wherever she’s needed.
The fig tree appears again and again throughout Scripture, and it represents fruitfulness, flourishing, blessing, and peace — being established and rooted in God. September Tree is her way of doing exactly that — putting down roots, and offering others a little shade and beauty along the way.

From the first consultation to the final teardown, Katie’s goal is for you to simply enjoy your wedding. She offers day-of and month-of coordination, delivers and sets up every piece, and handles the post-event cleanup so no one in your family is packing up flowers at the end of the night.
She also loves partnering with wedding planners — helping guide brides through floral selection and bringing costs down without sacrificing the look. And because her florals are reusable, favorite pieces can even be repurposed and enjoyed long after the last dance.
